I would like to start off by thanking Jan and his team from Custom Canopies for the professional service they gave me and my Jimny on the installation of the Des Sol Suspension, rock sliders, spacers, steering damper and radial cup protection.

A Massive thank you to Lynton and Rob for all your patience with the bombardment of queries and the advice given as well as getting the new set of shocks up to us so quickly.

So the Des Sol suspension kit & accessories are fitted. To start off with the on-road handling feels far better. One has a sturdier and more stable feeling to the ride, especially on the corners.

We took our newly kitted out Jimny off-road, to the same rocky trails where we had previously experienced some teeth clenching knocks to the bottom of our 4X4. This time, with our new Des Sol ride, we went straight over those jagged edged rocks with absolute ease and confidence.

One could immediately feel the difference in the Des Sol suspension, the vehicle felt far more stable and gave one a lot more confidence in tacking harsh off-road terrain. When talking about our Zook, we are very boastful of our Des Sol kitted out little beast.

Next kit upgrade will be the bumpers (Maybe a winch) and we look forward to seeing your roof rack.
