When we started our Ev1 Shock Manufacturing journey on the news of Gabriels “exit” from our local market, we never expected our volumes to exceed what we had achieved utilizing the HDP shocks.
Due to the high demand we have been playing catchup, with lead times changing regularly. We understand that this is sometimes frustrating. We have recently moved our HQ to a larger manufacturing facility greatly increasing or production along with adding in-house laser cutting and bending. The increased production capability along with the demand has allowed us to greatly reduce the manufacturing time and increase our bulk raw material order for the EV1 shock absorbers.
For the next production batch & the rest of 2025 we have decided to pass this saving on to our loyal customers without your support this would not have been possible.
Upgrades For 2025
Adjustable Remote Reservoirs – Available during the first half of 2025. These units will allow for High Speed and Low Speed Adjustment. All Existing EV1 Owners will be able to upgrade their current shock absorbers with the new Adjustable Reservoirs.
Gabriel HDP Trade in Programme – Customers with any Des Sol Suspension Kit containing the Gabriel HDP Shocks will be able to upgrade to the Ev1 Shock absorbers and receive a Loyalty Rebate.
New Expedition Package – This is the ultimate suspension kit which includes Heavy Duty Radial arms. We have noticed an increase in customers bending the OEM Radial arms especially on the 5 Door Models.
Toyota Range – Extensive development has gone into manufacturing a comprehensive suspension solution for popular Toyota Models. Testing is currently underway on the Toyota Hilux Range.
