Suzuki Jimny EV1L75 75mm Lift Shock Absorbers

Jimny 75mm lift shock absorbers provide controlled damping for Suzuki Jimny vehicles running a compatible 75mm or 3-inch suspension lift. The Des Sol EV1L75 system uses large-bore monotube shocks with external reservoirs for demanding road and off-road use.

Choose from four factory valving profiles to match your vehicle’s weight and intended use. In addition, Des Sol can rebuild and re-valve the shocks if your vehicle setup changes later.

Jimny 75mm Lift Shock Absorbers

The Jimny 75mm lift shock absorbers use a 44.5mm piston and a large oil volume. As a result, the shocks can manage heat and maintain a more consistent response during extended use.

Four Factory Valving Options

The Suzuki Jimny EV1L75 shocks offer four internal valving profiles: Light, Medium, Hard and Aggressive. Therefore, you can select a setup that suits the vehicle’s weight, accessories and driving style.

• Light: suited to lighter vehicles and comfort-focused use
• Medium: suited to balanced daily and off-road use
• Hard: suited to heavier accessories and regular loads
• Aggressive: suited to demanding setups that need firmer control

However, these options refer to the internal shock valving. They do not provide external adjustment knobs. Therefore, confirm your vehicle weight and normal load before selecting a profile.

External Reservoir Performance

The external reservoirs increase the available oil volume. Consequently, the shock system can manage heat more effectively when travelling over rough terrain for long periods.

The thick-walled, hard-anodised aluminium bodies also help transfer heat away from the oil. Furthermore, the hard finish supports reliable use in harsh conditions.

Rebuildable and Tuneable EV1L75 Shocks

Des Sol can service, rebuild and re-valve the EV1L75 shock absorbers. If you add a bumper, winch, roof rack or other heavy equipment, Des Sol can change the valving to suit the updated load.

In addition, the modular design supports future product improvements. Labour, replacement parts and shim-stack costs may apply when servicing or changing the valving.

Compatibility, Warranty and Servicing

The Jimny 3 inch lift shocks suit compatible Suzuki Jimny Gen 3 and Gen 4 suspension builds. They can also replace shocks in some existing 75mm lift kits. However, the complete suspension geometry and available travel must suit the EV1L75 system.
