Strong Aluminium Construction
Moisture can speed up aluminium oxidation and cause an unwanted white surface layer. Therefore, Des Sol uses a five-stage coating process to give the aluminium Jimny roof rack lasting protection from the elements.
Furthermore, the base frame and slats use internal stainless steel bolts, washers and secure fasteners. This design helps protect key parts while maintaining a neat finish. The stainless steel brackets also receive an E-coated and powder-coated finish for added care.
Ready for Touring Accessories
The Suzuki Jimny roof rack provides a useful base for selected Des Sol accessories. For example, owners can pair it with a compatible roof-rack ladder, awning brackets, shower brackets, a jerry-can holder and other suitable equipment.
However, always check the fit of each accessory before installation. You should also spread cargo evenly and secure every item with load-rated straps or approved mounting hardware.
Roof-Load and Fitment Information
A trained installer should fit the rack and tighten all hardware to the correct specification. After installation, check the mounting points regularly, especially after driving on rough roads.
Important: Always follow the roof-load limit stated by Suzuki for your specific Jimny. When calculating the total roof load, include the 24kg rack, all fitted accessories and every item of cargo. Dynamic and stationary load limits may differ. Do not exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s limit.

Just some feedback, the roof rack is amazing. Drove a bit in high cross winds and head winds today at 100km/h and it was dead quiet. Even on normal roads where I normally experience the wind noise of the jimny, I am convinced that the cabin noise has actually reduced due to the aerodynamics of the rack. Great great product! Excellent job!
