Also when travelling 4×4 routes, the standard Jimny’s struggles with the “middel manntjie” syndrome where you cannot simply drive in the road ruts previously created by other standard 4×4 vehicles due to the narrower track width of the standard Jimny. Our 32mm spacers solve these problems and create a much more stable ride on the open road as well.
Our high quality, high tolerance CNC machined 32mm wheel spacers are manufactured from 6082-T6 Aluminium. As a relatively new alloy, the higher strength of Aluminium alloy 6082-T6 has seen it replace 6061 in many applications. The addition of a large amount of manganese controls the grain structure which in turn results in a stronger alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys. Alloy 6082-T6 is known as a structural alloy. In plate form, Aluminium alloy 6082-T6 is the alloy most commonly used for machining.
